Sell Butter Braids… and let your friends and family help pay for your volleyball season!

If you're looking for a way to help cover your club, beach or league dues, we have a great option for you! You can participate in our optional fundraiser by selling Butter Braids. This is a proven method to raise funds, with 40% of the item cost going directly towards your dues (applied to your January statement). Last year, families collectively raised over $9,000 through this fundraiser.

 Sell Dates: September 28 - October 24, 2025 
Order & Payment Deadline: Friday, October 24 by 5:00 PM
All orders and payments must be submitted by this date. For paper forms, include your child's full name and contact number. Keep a copy for your records.

Order Pick-Up: Thursday October 30, 4:30 - 7:00PM @ Elevation
Items are frozen. Arrange for same-day pick-up as we cannot store them. You are responsible for your customer deliveries.

⚠ Important Reminder:
Only participate in this fundraiser if you can commit to picking up your items on the scheduled order pick up date and delivering them to your customers. We do not have freezer space to store products.

Items not picked up on the designated date will be discarded, and you will be responsible for refunding your customers. Elevation will not refund payments to you or your customers.

 Payment & Collection Policy  
Online Sales: With this method, customers pay via credit card and orders submit automatically. This is easy and online orders tend to generate 30% more sales.

In-person/paper order forms: When turning in your paper order form, you must include ONE check only for the full total of what the athlete sold. Do not turn in multiple checks from different customers.

How it works:

  1. Collect pre-payment from your customers – they can pay you in cash, by check made out to you, Venmo, Zelle, etc.

  2. Add it all up and write one check to Elevation for the total amount. (Make sure your account has the funds to cover the check.)

  3. Turn in your order form with that single check attached

  4. Please make a copy of your order form and include your athletes full name and contact information on the form.
